Sales conditions
- Products are supplied from the warehouse of People in Need in Sokolska Street 18, Prague 2. Products are supplied in the exact number of pieces requested, which upon return will be controlled by comparing the handover protocol and the receipt.
- Unsold products must be returned in original condition: package undamaged, codes unchanged, and nothing written on the paper cards. Products should be handled with care.
- If there is a commission agreement, then accounting must be submitted once a month.
- These products are original and unique. Any exchanges will not be replaced by the exact same piece.
- All items are C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) with a delivery time of up to 14 days. To order single pieces, please contact our e-shops – www.tembo.cz or www.batavia.cz.
- Our long term, reliable partners will receive invoicing with 30 days payment terms.
- Commissioned partners are asked for frequent communication and individual updates.
