Sales conditions
- Products are supplied from the warehouse of „People in Need“ in Sokolska street 18, Prague 2. Products are supplied in the exacted number of pieces requested which upon return will be controlled by comparing the handover protocal and the reciept.
- Unsold products must be returned in original condition; package undamaged, codes are not to be changed, and nothing is to be written on the paper cards. Products should be handled with care.
- If there is a commission agreement then accounting must be submitted once a month.
- These products are original and unique. Any reclaimation will not be replaced by the exact same piece.
- All Items are C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) with a delivery time up to 14 days. For ordering single pieces, please contact our e-shops – www.batavia.cz or www.tembo.cz .
- Our long term, reliable partners will receive invoicing with 14 day payment terms.
- Commissioned partners are asked for frequent communication and individual updates.
