"Real Help" Donations
People in Need is launching a long-term donation drive called Real Help, which will allow more effective assistance to reach people in poorer countries around the world. Proceeds from the donations will go toward building new schools and hospitals, drilling wells in dry areas and supporting small plot farmers to be able to provide for themselves.

In Namibia, one out of every five people has HIV. On top of that statistic is the fact that there is only 1 doctor for every 9000 inhabitants of Namibia. People in Need has been here for five years and has been working in the poorest districts.
